Good quality with soft cooked texture. Living in Leicester, I was worried about shipping but it came in under a week in good condition. Noticed the mild flavour as well. Felt freshly made. Finding good little millets abroad is tough, so this was a relief. Had it as a rice substitute and it was nice. Packaging was sturdy and tidy.
