Millet Noodles from Tenali Ruchulu bring the same quick, slurpable comfort as regular instant noodles, made instead from wholesome millets rather than refined maida. Buy millet noodles online for a gluten-free, higher-fibre alternative that's ready in minutes.

A Healthier Take on a Family Favourite

Millets are naturally gluten-free and digest more slowly than refined wheat, so millet noodles are a popular choice for anyone watching blood sugar, cutting maida, or just adding more fibre to daily meals — without asking kids to give up noodle night.

Ways to Serve It

Stir-fry millet noodles Hakka-style with vegetables and a light soy seasoning, toss them into a quick vegetable soup, or serve them plain with a simple tadka for a fuss-free tiffin box. They hold up well with both Indian masalas and Chinese-style sauces.

How to Cook

Boil millet noodles for 3–4 minutes, drain, and rinse briefly in cool water to stop them clumping before stir-frying or adding to soup.

Millet noodles, healthy but different

Millet noodles cook fast and the masala was good. Texture is a little different from regular noodles, takes getting used to. Healthy option for kids.
